Service availability is subject to our capacity and acceptance of engagement proposals. We reserve the right to decline any consulting engagement at our discretion.

• Your violation of any rights of another party

12. Termination

In the event of any dispute, claim, or controversy arising from these Terms or our services, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through good faith negotiation.

If negotiation does not resolve the dispute within thirty days, either party may pursue formal legal remedies in accordance with the governing law and jurisdiction provisions above.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any applicable service agreements, constitute the entire agreement between you and terceras regarding use of our website and services.
