terceras was founded in Bangkok in 2019 with a deliberate departure from conventional consulting models. Rather than impose standardized frameworks developed elsewhere, we set out to build a practice centered on collaborative problem-solving specific to each organization's context and constraints.
The founding team brought together experience from corporate strategy roles, innovation consulting, and venture development. What united them was a shared frustration with advisory engagements that delivered impressive slide decks but little sustainable change. They wanted to build something different—a consulting practice that transferred capability rather than dependency.
Since establishing our office in the Sukhumvit district, we have worked with organizations across manufacturing, technology, financial services, and professional services sectors. Each engagement follows the same principle: structured analysis combined with collaborative execution. We provide frameworks and external perspective; clients provide organizational knowledge and implementation commitment.
Our practice has evolved through direct engagement with the challenges facing organizations in Thailand's business environment. Innovation landscape work emerged from clients seeking clarity on technology trends affecting their industries. Performance management advisory developed as organizations moved beyond informal systems that no longer served growing teams. Venture development consulting came from corporate innovation groups and family offices pursuing new business creation.
